Best way to plan RCI Exchange for May 2021 Honeymoon - planning ahead (weeks & points)

Just got the news so I'm thinking ahead
Looking to use RCI to book a couple weeks honeymoon for my son in May of 2021.
I've never used RCI to book any vacations. As a point owner thru HIVC, Our system allows us to use RCI , could be points or week stays. Looking to split vacation to at least 2 Islands.

What recommendations for searching RCI to get what I want for best results?
How far in advance can I search?

Any tricks would be appreciated, really would like to wow them!
