Best Way to Monetize 2021 OP Platinum 2BR Week

In looking at our points and the likelihood of being able to use them, I am wondering about our 2021 OP Platinum 2BR Week. We have never stayed there and have converted to Trust Points each of the last 2 years since we obtained it in a hybrid purchase that got us to Presidential. Given the amount of Trust Points we already have in hand and which have hard deadlines coming up between now and 1.30.22, I am thinking converting the 2021 OP Week into another 4,325 Trust Points usable initially by 12.31.21 and, if banked, by the hard deadline of 7.2.23 may not be the wisest choice.

I don't have much familiarity with week's usages. If there is a better way to monetize this week, I am open to suggestions.

BTW - I don't have a current week reserved. Looking at the calendar, there seems to be very good availability for full unit in JAN 2021 (only 3 days blocked) and MAR 2021 (only 5 days blocked), but only 1 day available for check-in in FEB. (THU, FEB 4). 4 more dates open up (5/16) if just Master Suite is selected and 7/16 days are available in FEB for Deluxe Guest Room. I can't see APR, MAY or DEC because the legend graphic covers it but I assume there are no available dates for Platinum season in these 3 mos.

Are you using monetize literally, as in turn into cash. If so, you can reserve a week and rent the week, or you can elect for points and rent the points.
