Best time to search II

I have extended my "expired" deposit with II for 6 months leaving me a "next 60 days" only option to exchange. Few options result searching "all destinations".We are looking for water/ocean properties.

Is there a better time of day or week to search? .....like when recent deposits are added in. When do they "release" rooms into the exchange pool?

Any suggestions for success.

Many Thanks,

Look every day

I did the same last year and was able to exchange for a 2 bedroom villa at the Marriott Aruba Surf Club.

However, the easiest area to make an exchange was FLORIDA. There were numerous timeshares available.

Just continue looking everyday.

I've had matches made in middle of the night so I am of the theory that there is a lot of activity while we sleep. I've heard of people waking up early (like 4 am Eastern) to find some nice offerings. If I get up to let out the dog, I've done a quick search. Otherwise I look around 6:30 am. But then again I've found some nice options around lunch too.

During flex time, I find that most of the good deposits I have grabbed have been during the day.

looks like you're saying there is no set time when TS's are released like at starwood where they release at 12 midnight Eastern.

Do you enjoy your weeks in Aruba?
Thanks,

Sorry, I'm not familiar with "flextime"

Flextime is the less than 60 days exchanges.

You will want to check every day and more than once per day if you remember. There are random times that inventory shows up. I know most people say to check at 6:00am Pacific Time (and I do check then), but all throughout the day, other things show up. I believe these are not the bulk deposits, but deposits owners are making and others that are being cancelled.

The middle of the night is when the OGS match process happens. Thus most of those confirmations that come out, usually around 4:00am ET, are from OGS matches.

Hi ketamine:
Welcome to TUG.

What is your preferred timeframe?
What resorts are you thinking about? east coast? west coast? Caribbean?
What size unit?
Do you prefer a Westin/Sheraton?
