Best Strategy To Get 4 Weeks at Marriott's Village d'Ile-de-France 2 Bedroom

Hi, we are looking at staying for 4 weeks in March 2026, so starting to plan ahead. Can someone that is an MVC owner help me out with the check in day options?

II says Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Is the 2 bedroom on any of those days or just specific days?

Anyone have any though on best changes to get 4 weeks in a row on which check in day? We would be exchanging from II in flexchange, so picking up leftover inventory, or buying the weeks on Getaways.

Getaways are easily available and check-in is for any day with the weekend being more available in general

A 2-bedroom could be available for any of those days. March is not a particularly busy time. Should be pretty easy to get as exchanges. Could probably even trade a studio up to a 2-bedroom I would guess. May also be able to book as a getaway or with an AC as well. But that will be riskier than just doing the exchanges.

Thanks all, super helpful. Sounds like the best idea is to wait till March 2026 opens up and then see what can book 4 weeks in a row on the same checkin day (ideally Saturday or Sunday for us).

You can set getaway alerts now for that time-period on the II App, so you'll pick up inventory as it goes in. As it is low season, the inventory may go in quite a few months ahead.
European school vacations for easter start at around 26 March 2026, so if you can be in and out before then you should have no problems.

I would focus on getting that first week secured. At least one region in each of France and Belgium have school holidays that bleed into the first week in March. The Dutch school holidays calendar can also often bleed into those first couple of days of March as well.

Easter is on the 5th of April; France, Belgium and NL do not coordinate their school holidays with Easter (they just give the Friday and Monday off). Germany, Spain and Portugal do, but they wouldn't start their holidays until 28 March, so I think the last full week of March is a bit safer than the first.

That should be an easy trade, maybe even in Flexchange. I can do it right now for March 2025 with a Harbor Lake studio. I could book the 1st/8th/15th/22nd or the 8th/15th/22nd/29th. I'll set myself a reminder to see if the inventory is still there in January and report back.

ETA: I can see all of January, which would be in Flexchange (I know not the same demand).
