Best place to have a deed done, inheritence change of deed

My apologies if this has been asked before, but need to change a deed, due to a death. It is Bali Hai in Hawaii, and title services says I need to get a copy of the original deed from Hawaii?? Then I need a relatively inexpensive company that can redo the deed, and record it in Hawaii. Any suggestions?? Thanks in advance, you guys rock!!

Website: boc.ehawaii.gov. You can get a copy of the deed online for about $10. Just put the name in & search, you don’t need to login on the right side
Most here recommend LT Transfers for filing the new deed. They can do your Hawaii deed since it’s a family transfer with no exchanging of funds

Wow. What a great website. I had gone on an Hawaiian buying spree from 2010 to 2018 and it listed all 18 deeds in one spot.
