The big sellers on ebay only list a fraction of their available inventory on Ebay. It doesn't hurt to check with them directly.

Our last purchase May 2015 was from Sumday Vacations directly. I offered them 1/3 of their asking price on their website including all the closing and transfer costs and they accepted my offer. Two months later all the points were in our Wyndham account.
