Patriot's Place is my personal favorite of all eleven timeshares in Williamsburg.

It's a beautiful, quiet resort in a truly terrific location close to all major attractions.
It was Wyndham's first resort in Wmsburg and the POA has spent a ton to make it new again.

All new LR/DR furniture, carpets, décor done in 2015!
Bedrooms, bath and kitchen all updated in last couple of years.

Your One BR is approximately 511 sq.ft. and sleeps a max of 4 people.
-- 1 Queen Bed in BR; Queen Sleep sofa in LR;
-- fully equipped but very small kitchen.

Check IN/OUT ANY Nite: March 21 thru April 17.

Cost with three nite minimum is:
-$39/nite for Sun-Thurs nites;
-$49 for Fri/Sat nites.
----Two nites considered for $101
$234 is total cost for a full week
