As the Orlando host to the Christmas holiday season, Gaylord Palms Resort offers a slate of activities sure to make you "merry and bright" as part of our Best of Florida Christmas celebration! Our 4.5-acre atrium is transformed into a magical Christmas wonderland, filled with elegant and sometimes whimsical décor, a majestic 54-foot Christmas tree, and a variety of fun-filled activities and entertainment for the entire family.

This year's program features 49 days of holiday revelry, including:


ICE

This frozen family experience is Orlando's most unique holiday attraction, hand-carved from nearly TWO MILLION pounds of ice. This wildly popular family experience gives guests an opportunity to visit a frosty winter wonderland of interactive environments and larger-than-life, three-dimensional holiday scenes and sculptures, all hand-carved by a team of international artisans from Harbin, China. Now in its sixth season, ICE! will reflect the theme "Santa's Arctic Blast," featuring several new scenes that star "Jolly Cold Saint Nicholas" himself.

This year, season passholders for select Florida theme parks can receive a free child's admission to ICE! for every adult admission purchased.

This offer is available by showing a current season pass at the ICE!
Box Office, for use on the following dates:
• November 17 – December 5
• December 8 – December 12
• December 29 – January 4

This promotion is valid for season passholders of the following theme parks: all Walt Disney World theme parks and water parks, all Universal Orlando theme parks, SeaWorld Adventure Park, Busch Gardens Tampa Bay, Aquatica, Wet 'n' Wild, and Cypress Gardens.

This offer is valid only on specified dates in 2008. Only one complimentary child ticket will be issued per adult season passholder with purchase of a regularly priced adult ICE! ticket. Season passholder must be present and will be required to show valid theme park season pass. Child tickets valid for children ages 4 through 12 only.

Due to the requirements of this special offer, tickets may only be purchased at the ICE! Box Office.

We usually ride the monorail around and visit the lobbies of the Contemporary, Grand Floridian, and Polynesian Village resorts. Always decorated so nice for the holidays.

Macy's Holiday Parade - Every night at dusk - Head to the
New York streets of Universal Studios for Macy's Holiday Parade!

This seasonal favorite features authentic floats and balloons (including several brand new ones this year) direct from the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York City. You'll also enjoy festive street performers and talented marching bands from around the country, and of course Santa Claus himself. Afterwards stay for a spectacular tree lighting ceremony
with music and a dazzling display of lights.
