I know I should ask this on the Hawaii forum but I trust my fellow MVC fellow travelers advice more than anyone else’s. Taking our adult siblings to Ko’Olina for 5 days and then on to Kauai Waiohai for another 5. We would like to treat them to a Sunset cruise and there are so many to choose from. Anyone have a boat company they just loved? I really don’t care what it costs, just to be special for a nice group of adults on Kauai.

We did Captain Andy's last year and it was awesome! Will probably use them again on our next trip

Great question! Following this thread because we will be there this summer.

Any suggestions for snorkel cruises to Napali Coast?

We did Blue Dolphin Charters this past year, and thought it was also very enjoyable. We did the longer 7.5 hr which included Napali Coast, snorkeling and Niihau. However, the waters were too rough for the Niihau portion, so we spend more time in Napali. We have also used Holoholo years ago. Enjoyed it also.

Difference can be in the times they leave, amenities, and/or the boat used. We prefer a true catamaran, with larger nets up front.

Personally, I'd look for the longest trip for the lowest cost. The best part is just being on the water and seeing the Napali Coast! It's a beauty.

Capt Andy’s for sure, but book their Star Napali Sunset Dinner Cruise. Better food than the less expensive option.

We’ve gone with Holoholo out of Ele’ele twice. Big powered catamaran. Good trips but be aware it can get pretty choppy depending
on wind and tide.
