I have 4 Units in for trade at Marriott grande vista. Wondering if I should add vista resort? Do I have a better chance at Vista?

Need 2 br and at least one 3 br unit.

Actually that question was what are chances of getting four at grande vista. This one is so I have a better chance at Vistana. Just trying to maximize my chances
