Best 3 bedroom location@Surrey Grand Crowne

Got an exchange@ Surrey Grand Crowne resort for the 3 bedroom. Called to find out the floorplan before I booked. Was told it was 3 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Sounds interesting.
Question what is best building to request? We will have 4 motorcycles and need a trailer and want to be close to the bikes and a grill.
7 adults 3 couples and 1 single. One of our group has a prosthetic leg and prefers not to walk very far if not needed.

Are the grills gas or charcoal?

Thanks in advance for any suggestions you can give me on his matter.
