Besides Flex, What Else is for Sale?

Does anybody know, besides the new Flex, are there resorts that currently still have inventory for developer sale?

Good to know for requalifying resales....

On a related note, for resales, what is the lowest cost purchase price / SOptions (for requalification) currently? MFs?

For example, looking at listings, WKV Platinum 148,100 are listed anywhere from 15K to 20K, with an MF of $1500.

Whereas WMH 148,100 (if requalified?) is listed for 5K to 8K, $1700

So $200 more annually for MFs, but about 10K less in purchase price.

Nobody buys WKV to requal. SDO true platinum and SMV are much better choices

I believe Westin Desert Willow is still being developed with inventory for sale from Starwood. This is voluntary resort and MFs are about $1650.

I believe Westin Desert Willow is still being developed with inventory for sale from Starwood. This is voluntary resort and MFs are about $1650.

I believe the price is $38,990 for an annual WDW Platinum Plus.
