Sounds about as delicious as my commemorative can of SPAM that expired 11 years ago. It seems to be collapsing on itself.

I might try the Hormel version someday because I do like spam but I'm not really suppose to eat it anymore. I did get spam musubi at the ABC store a couple of times on the last trip to Hawaii. It was good stuff.

SPAM Lite -- Half the Fat and Half the salt ... not too bad for occasional consumption. Upside ... whatever you cook with it ... doesn't need added salt

Just wrong...
"tested at a poke restaurant chain on the mainland called Pokeworks" Mainland disaster ... "It’s made with non-GMO soy, peas, shiitake mushrooms, and rice." EEEeeewwwww :poop:
I can see many self respecting residents eating that .. unless maybe they just moved Hawai`i
I'll stick with Ham and pork Mahalo

We have tried it and I could tell the difference. I do enjoy eating spam mushibi but I really have a problem with how it smells when cooking. Same goes for bacon.
