Just returned from a week at Beachside Village in Falmouth, Massachusetts on Cape Cod. I posted a review on the resort review page.. We had a very nice time. Drove to different cities on the Cape and took some time to relax by the pool. Just wanted to let folks know this is a nice place. Not fancy, but clean, good size rooms, nice pool and across the street from Surf Drive Beach. Our week was pretty quiet as it was still considered off-season. If the resort is full, it could get a little busier/noisier.
I was looking for someplace to exchange to where I could drive (live in PA). I had a previous years week that I extended and needed to use before October. Since I already have a trip in September, looked for something in the spring. Saw a 1BR for this resort pop up, so I took it.
What made me a little nervous was the last review on TUG was from 2015. I also looked on yelp and reviews were mixed. But I was pleasantly surprised and happy. Unit was clean, big and looked over to the beach. Also had a large balcony. There are 5 buildings and a total of 28 units. No elevators, but buildings were 3 stories or less.

I'm going to make a good effort to write a review whenever I do future exchanges. I was astonished that there were no reviews since 2015 (and those reviews were pretty good). I would recommend staying here if you're looking for a quiet, relaxing trip.

I don't think so. I was in building 2, which is at the front of the resort. The main building sits back off the road more and has more units in it. The front of that building overlooks the pool area and may see a little of the ocean. But if you're in a back facing unit, the view would be of one of the parking lots.
Also, our unit was #9 which was on the 2nd floor and had the large balcony. I looked up towards the 3rd floor units, but did not notice any balconies for them.
