I just got my bill for fees at BPT in Fort Lauderdale. I cannot find what I paid last year but if I can recall my last payment, I am thinking that they went up by 8-10%. Can anyone confirm how much they actually went up?

{eta} I seem to remember that in recent years BPT has had difficulty reaching a quorum for the Annual Meeting, and that Fully-Funded Reserves are a voting issue. Are either/both of those the reason for the large increase?

I wanted to get back to this thread, I was incorrect in the increase percentage. It was only 5.5% for our gold week.
The main increase was due to increases in maintenance, loss prevention, management fee and reserve fee.
I will post the info on the MF thread.
