Why are there so many Beachplace Towers 2 bedrooms available in January on II?

Other than daily parking, what are the negatives.

Hi...I must be missing something.....i see a studio available January 30-Feb 6 2021 checking with my Marriot Unit..............as a matter of fact, i deposited my Marriot Harbour Lake 6 weeks ago and was finally Confirmed into a 2BR 2BA BeachPlace villa for week 2, 2021 last weekend

I’m seeing 15 two-bed units available for check-in for January 2021 plus some one bedrooms. I’m searching with my one-bedroom ShadowRidge platinum week. Just thought this was a lot of availability for Florida coast in January.

I see a 1 BR for jan30-feb 6 and a 1BR for jan31-feb 7using a Marriot 2 BR

I guessing global pandemic + rising case counts in FL = much lower demand for FL weeks in Jan.
