Maybe with all the flooding last week, this really is a floating resort!

The Rhode Island floods hit the northern part of the state, not the coastal areas of Jamestown and Newport.

This resort has a Bay view and a Road view for the units. Split it down the middle and that is what it is.

I know the float periods. Is the Bay View deeded somehow, by unit number perhaps.

What is yours.?

Yes, the Bay Voyage is deeded but each year you stll have to call Wyndham and request a specific room (superior, executive, etc). I've always called immediately after paying my MF, and booked one of the rooms overlooking Newport Bay and the Pell bridge. Many of the rooms with a view also have a balcony.
