Yesterday Bay Tree Solutions contacted me to try to get me to sign up for them to sell my timeshare. They wanted $999 up front to do this and verbally stated that they could sell it within 90 days. I have read the warning about up-front fees although they presented a good pitch.

Does anyone know about this company? That is, are they legit?

No. Give them the money and you have kissed it goodbye. Tell them you will pay them $999 after it sells and you will never hear from them again.
Have them back up everything they say in writing. Then read it carefully before signing anything. But I bet they won't give you anything in writing.
