Bay Club MF's

Hi All -

I've noticed a few ebay auctions in the past month or two for 1BR EOY Bay Club properties. I was a bit surprised when the MFs were listed in the neighborhood of $2200. Can that be accurate? Are you charged fees even in the "off" year? Is this typical of all HGVC properties? Or would it vary from one resort to the next?

According to the sticky with the MF, the MF for the Bay club is approx 1150$ for a 1br.

You only pay MF in use years but club dues every year.

Sometime the eBay auctions are for two 1 week intervals, which means two maintenance fees.. I have been confused by that a few times... they usually mention it, but possibly don't really highlight the fact that your buying two weeks..

And of course, they can be errors in ebay listings..

If you enroll the unit in HGVC then it is also the club fee of about $150 added per year in addition to the $1150, even for EOY units.
