Hi all,
We are going to the Bay Club and looking at the amazing info provided in the sticky, it appears that the AD floor plan is on the back of the building where the BD is on the side of the building? Is there an advantage of one over the other? We would prefer the unit that is the most private on the lanai and has the best breeze. My concern with the side lanai is that it might face another unit versus the back that looks over the golf course. It is the 2 bedroom we are looking at reserving. Thank you for your input.

others can correct me but I think the 2 bedrooms face the golf course and the 1 bedrooms face the parking lot except the villas that are the whole floor.

I wrote a rather detailed write up for this property.

The A floorplans have slightly bigger rooms and lanai as compared to B floorplans, They also all face the golf course, instead of the building next door or the road. So slightly better locations.

There is also a Penthouse version of each of these rooms, this is the same amount of points but for the top floor unit which has vaulted ceilings.

All things available I would pick a penthouse first, then I would pick an A over a B plan.

Thank you @Sandy VDH ! Your excellent photos of the floor plans were so helpful when we were looking at these options and we were leaning towards A style anyway. I appreciate the confirmation!

We stayed there in August this year in the 2 bedroom penthouse. Nice spacious rooms. The goof course view was nice. It had the mountains in the background. we hold stay there again if we found ourselves back on the big island.

The B style units have a queen in the 2nd bdrm, while the A has 2 double beds.

The townhouses, E & F also have 2 double beds in 2nd bdrm. The masters have king beds.
