Bass Fishing East Coast?

We are getting older so thinking about not going on our usual Canada fishing trips. Looking for some good lakes in US like New York, PA Va. any suggestions would be appreciated. Not thinking timeshare just thought tuggers might be able to guide me towards some good lakes.

The only lake in the NY area I've ever fished was Lake Champlain on the northern end near St. Albans - caught a decent bass but I can't remember if it was a small or large mouth. I'm happy with the lakes and ponds in NW CT, tho it has been a few years since we have gone fishing (and our favorite spot is only 6 miles away).

I too was going to recommend Lake Champlain. Maybe Lake George as well.

Having spent many weeks on Cape Cod, I have noticed many lakes and ponds where one could fish. In addition there is the Ocean and the Bay with lots of shore access for fishing.

There are Striped Bass (saltwater fish) that we fish for on the northeast coastline. I’ve caught some nice ones off of Cape Cod and off the coast of Long Island.
