Apologies in advance. I did search the Vistana sight but didn't find it very helpful. Of our various ownerships, I am least familiar with Vistana.
I know that I can make a Staroption reservation at 8 months of less from CHECK IN.
1) Is there a reservation fee? Is so, how much?
2) If there is a fee, can an existing reservation be changed without paying another fee? If so, are there limitations? Same resort, etc??
An example of what I'm trying to understand. I'd like to spend a week to 10 days at the Sheraton Lakeside Terrace Villas. I could probably do either early June (2021) or mid/late July (2021). Should I book June when it opens to insure I have something and still have the ability to move to July if that's available. Any costs? Any issues of canceling and not getting your StarOptions back right away to book a new reservation?
I know they are basic questions. Maybe some of my questions are odd due to familiarity with other systems and things that don't apply to Vistana. Thanks in advance for your help.
