We bought timeshare at The Crane in 2011 with an option to purchase at the Beach Houses which were supposed to be ready for 2014. However, they are still not completed and we would like to have the option to purchase deleted from the contract.
Is there anyone in this situation? If so, have you been able to get the option deleted?

Since it is just a option to purchase, why do you have to have it removed? Wouldn't not exercising the option be the same thing? I must be missing something, right?

I was told by the sales dept. it's part of our contract. So, technically, it's not really an option to purchase. However, for lack of a better description, I have used the term option to purchase. Thank you for your comment - it's something else that it is worthwhile to follow up on.
