With all due respect, Harbor Ridge (2BR units only, afaik) is the only timeshare property in / near Bar Harbor (it's actually in nearby Southwest Harbor).
The time period you've identified is essentially the "primest" of prime time and of peak rental value, so the odds of obtaining a late July unit / week there for $700 are frankly just about zero, except in the event of a last second cancellation --- but I hope that you can somehow beat those odds. Good luck!

P.S. The only other timeshare property in that area is Acadia Village Resort in Ellsworth. Not at all "resort like" and a real PITA to get to Acadia N.P. or Bar Harbor from there with all the summer tourist traffic and congestion, but you might be able to rent a 2BR week at AVR directly from the "house" for about $1,200 (if any units are available then via "house" rental).

For the record, I have no affiliation with either timeshare property. I'm just offering an unsolicited $0.02 worth since I know this geographic area very well and am at least casually familiar with both of the aforementioned timeshare properties --- the only two this far "downeast" in Maine.

Thank You! I knew it was a long shot--doesn't hurt to ask.
