You can still travel to and from Europe through the UK or Canada.

Seems like a 'feels good to the speaker' move. Virus doesn't respect borders. No restrictions on travel and only quarantine 'recommendations' for returnees from Asia. No restrictions on border crossings from Mexico or Canada. No restrictions on importation of goods, only people. No announcement of availability of test kits, and saying that cost of treatment (not just testing) would be waived. Oh yeah?

Color me skeptical.
