I banked 2100 points from my 2019 year into 2020. May I use these points to book a date in 2021 or must they be used only for 2020 dates? Secondly, can I borrow from my 2022 points this far in advance to book for 2021?

Depends on your ownership status. Assuming you are Executive status or less (and therefore can only bank 1 year forward) and assuming your points are calendar year based, then you cannot use 2019 points banked forward to 2020 to book a ressie who’s start date is in 2021.

Yes you can borrow 2022 points back into 2021 to book a 2021 ressie that is elegible for booking.

Thanks. I am executive level. Your first answer is what I felt was true but I was not aware of your second answer so that will be quite useful in the future.

Regarding your second question, that’s why Trust points are loaded to owner accounts 25 months prior to the start of each Use Year.... allowing you to borrow them back one year (12 months) and book your desired ressie 13 months prior to check in date (12+13=25), which effectively allows you to book a Jan 1, 2021 check in date on December 1, 2019 (or thereabouts), using borrowed 2022 points.

Assuming you elect an enrolled week early enough, you can do the same with those points as well.
