Ive never had any luck renting at locations where there is high supply. The only time my phone rings is when I have a high demand weekend in a low supply area. And I havent noticed any change in what I do
The rental market has improved with the stronger economy, but the only weeks that have good rental demand at Sheraton Broadway Plantation are mid-summer weeks.
You need a good date, to advertise it widely, and price it competitively.
I used to own SBP and not being on the beach is the problem with renting there. Even reserving a prime summer week it was never a good rental. I was lucky to get a hundred or two over maintenance fees.
