Are any having less interest in renting your unit? I get little or no response to my Broadway Plantation unit.

Ive never had any luck renting at locations where there is high supply. The only time my phone rings is when I have a high demand weekend in a low supply area. And I havent noticed any change in what I do

The rental market has improved with the stronger economy, but the only weeks that have good rental demand at Sheraton Broadway Plantation are mid-summer weeks.

You need a good date, to advertise it widely, and price it competitively.

I used to own SBP and not being on the beach is the problem with renting there. Even reserving a prime summer week it was never a good rental. I was lucky to get a hundred or two over maintenance fees.
