I have family in Oregon and visit a few times a year. Wondering how easy it is to find availability for 2 bedroom units at the Worldmark resorts in Oregon and Washington? Does not necessarily have to be for full weeks and can be in the shoulder season months.
Considering buying into the Wordmark system.

It is can be doable if you Book 13 months in advance.

It is easy to book most Oregon and Washington WorldMark resorts during shoulder season for full weeks. Right now at this moment, even coastal resorts like Gleneden and Seaside are wide open for 2 bedroom availability from November, 2024 to May, 2025. Same with another popular resort -- Leavenworth, WA for February through May, 2025.

Just like any other timeshare, the competition for summer reservations is more intense; that is the only time you need to book 13 months in advance.

Eagle Crest (central Oregon) shows up in II Getaways and AC's.
Just to clarify: these are the non-Worldmark units. Most Eagle Crest timeshare units are not WM but they are very nice.

RCI is the better exchange company for grabbing WM. When I see these in RCI extra vacations they are called Worldmark Eagle Crest. There is a lot of WM inventory in RCI extra vacations. There is a WM Eagle Crest in RCI last call for $339 for three nights and extra vacation for $449 for a week.

I exchanged into Eagle Crest last summer using trading places. HAd one of the 2 bedroom townhome units. I thought it was one of the nicest timeshare units I have stayed in. Looking for one of the coastal resorts for my next trip.
