Trying to book a week summer of 2025 and there is no availability for any day or month for the remainder of 2024 or 2025. I also see no availability at King Cotton Villas, but can see availability at resorts outside of Edisto.

Anyone else having issues?

Probably the website being messed up again. I had a similar issue last week with most of Myrtle Beach and it magically fixed itself.

I was also looking at Edisto at the same time and it definitely had plenty of availability, I was looking in March and April.

The recommendation everyone gave to me was to wait a few days and look again.

I know they were planning major renovations at some of the various locations. Last year they did Marsh Pointe. They started on the Villages and I think Bay Point is in the works now

I think King Cotton is all Presidential Reserve, so you are unlikely to see it this far out unless you are PR.

I had seen someone mention (it must have been on Facebook because it doesn't appear to be here) that Edisto was back up. It is partly back up, but 4BR units only? Which is very weird. I booked one, but I don't trust it. I had already booked 2 x 2BR units for next July at my 10-month mark, and I'm keeping them as backup for now. We normally like to have a 4BR to stay together as a group, but there were only single nights available when I originally booked.

Also weird is that the unit size filter is wrong. It shows 2BR, 3BR, and 4BR. There is no 3BR at Ocean Ridge, unless they were going to merge it with King Cotton, which is all 3BR. And it doesn't show 1BR as an option although they exist. I wonder if the 3BR thing does have something to do with King Cotton, because it actually showed availability on the calendar for both 3BR and Presidential, but then said my membership isn't eligible (which is still wrong, but could be related to the PR thing). King Cotton itself is still showing all dates crossed out.

Just came here to say the same thing...well not completely the same but the odd 4BR option only.

They are making progress, I guess. They removed 3BR from the Ocean Ridge size filter, but they haven't added 1BR. The 3BRs seem to have been moved back to King Cotton, which now appears to show inventory as normal. Ocean Ridge is still showing only 4BR availability.

The 4BR "inventory" showing there has to be false, it's showing availavility "4-7 suites" for every calendar day. That can't be right.

So today, aside from the fact that it's still only showing 4BR (and that 1BR isn't even an option on the filter) the inventory at Ocean Ridge looks pretty much as one would expect - scattered 4BR nights throughout the summer, and one week in late July in a Beachwalk 4BR. (My guess there is that someone saw the Southpointe 4BRs and booked one, and cancelled the smaller 4BR. I hope it doesn't backfire on them!)

I'm going to have to try to track down if that Southpointe availability was real or never really existed, so I can decide which reservation to cancel.

I am seeing what appears to be availability but once I pick a start date all the dates for the end grey out so they can't be selected. It's like Wyndham is trying tell me that spending a week on the ocean in Edisto next year isn't a good option for my family. I knew I should have attended the "sales" meeting the last time we were there. I guess Travel and Leisure locked me out LOL

It looks pretty clear other than the summer - which the best time for booking summer was at least a couple of months ago. But at some point, hopefully the 1-2 bedroom availability will get loaded in again, and then there should be a bit more. The only thing showing right now are 4BR units and everything smaller seems to be intentionally held back.
