Autopayment - under charged last month and is overcharging this month.

Did anyone else's account do the same thing?

I can't figure out exactly what they have done, as the totals do not match up. Does anyone have any ideas?

They undercharged my Autopay just over $100 in late august, and the new bill shows an higher payment in September, but not enough to make up for the shortage last month. Autopay paid what the bill said and now they are saying I'm late on payments.

I can't figure out the math.

I was also undercharged in August. It says the missing amount is past due. I use AutoPay. I will be charged in 1-2 days for September. It will be interesting to see if they have added any fees/interest.

My July autopay was short by over $100. The August autopay was "normal". We'll see what September brings....

Today, I got charged my regular amount. They have not charged the amount they "forgot" to charge last month.

I don't have a nasty "Past due" message on my account anymore, but there is a "Total due" amount equalling the missing amount + $15 (late fee?). Maybe it will say past due tomorrow as my due date is today.

The new payment system is a mess. We have always had it for Shell, it was their payment portal, and now with Wyndham. I have always had a difficult time signing in, looking at payment information, etc.

I was disappointed Wyndham went to paymentus after having issues with our Shell.

Mine is a mess. I thought it was my fault because I changed the credit card on my autopay in July. July didn't pull automatically so I did a one time payment. August didn't pull and has an overrage of $917 due. I called, got transferred to collections. Hopefully it gets straightened out. I did a one time payment again (for my late August). She graciously waved the $8.50 fee for doing it over the phone (after spending an hour on the phone with them trying to figure out what was going on). And she apologized for having to ask why my payment was late (when she was making the payment) - she said 'sorry, I have to ask'.

The person helping me said it was a 'balance mismatch' and has been flagged to be reviewed and corrected and I should be okay (the late fees should be removed). I'll check next week.

I have never had trouble before - even for the conversion, everything came over okay. I've gotten used to how to look at (and ignore) the crazy stuff we see on there. But not this time!

Another whine, while I'm here -- THE HOLD MUSIC -- it's loud trumpets - I should know 'the tune' but I don't - Hail to somebody or something. You will not fall asleep waiting for the next available person to help you.

I had them pull like $11 last month. When I called they said that they had done an audit and I had an overpayment of over $1500. This month was a regular payment. That being said, I've also been battling the "Bay Club is part of Club Destin" fiasco so I really have no idea if last month was actually part of that "disagreement."

No adjustment has been made to my short payments, but none of my accounts are now marked overdue. So I guess I just watch and see what it is going to do.

I suppose it's not hard getting a $78 MF processed correctly . . . mine's been fine :)

My account looks like @Sandy VDH and @PS89 - only I'm over $900 past due (even though I've manually paid (one-time payments) when the autopay didn't work (the last 2 months). The person on my first call said it's something like $15 for a late fee and had no idea how the number was so high.

I called (Thursday). This was my 2nd call about this. The first time is detailed above. The person I talked to sounded like he knew what he was talking about. He agreed my account was messed up (that's always step one - convincing them there is a problem). He looked into things (for quite some time) and talked to his supervisor. He said all late fees had been removed. He said sometimes they forget to remove that past due error message. When I said it was still there, he said give it 24 hours to clear. It's still there.

I'll be babysitting this until it's looking correct to me. The person Thursday thinks my autopay will still work this month (my payment normally pulls on the 28th). We'll see.

My autopay pulled correctly (correct amount, correct day). My account no longer has a past due amount. But I don't think I'm out of the woods yet - I still have a balance due (it's just not overdue). So I'll continue to babysit my autopay.

Another funny things is the statements changed. They were wrong, now, except for this months, they correctly reflect my monthly payment due and paid. Funny - I wouldn't think a past pdf statement would change - but they have - the last few months now are correct.

So you paid the $80 ish dollars they were showing overdue even though you didn't owe it? Let us know if that truly makes your issue go away, please.

I would consider doing the same, except my (fictitious) amount due is now over $900. Thankfully no longer showing overdue, but I'm guessing that will change next month.

Could Wyndham be more screwed up? I have had a different amount for monthly maintenance fees charged to my credit card every month since January 2024. I’m on the phone right now and the customer service person does not know what she is talking about. AGAIN. And then after 37 minutes most of it on hold the phone disconnects. I’m at Wyndham Towers on the Grove and might just try yo see if there is any real member services people here. I tried asking when they called me this morning to see if all was good in the unit, but everything was sales and doing an update.
I‘ve posted about my situation in the past since 7/2019 till 10/24 I have had 8 affliate contracts expire.A total of 1,306,000 pts.
Two of those contracts expired this year. 6/24 for 300,000 and 10/24 for 231,000. I don’t care about the contracts expiring as it was a planned strategy on my part.
What I care about is after paying maintenance fees for 6 months and 10 months on these points Wyndham deducted the points from my account. That is my main gripe I lost 531,000 pts this year that I made monthly payments on. The contracts expire on the original use year month on the contracts. Even though Wyndham realigned all my contracts years ago to have Jan.1-Dec.31 use year.

On Sept.26 I had 120,000 pts left for the year with 60,000 being resale pts. On 10/1 I had -110,250 (negative) on my home account page. When I look at point history for 2024 it states -170,000 VIP pts and 60,000 resale points. Of course the system will not let me make a reservation with the resale points shows me nothing says error.

The points for 2025 look pretty close. I have no more developer points left. I have 511,000 resale points and have reservations booked for 468,000 pts.

As always I don’t know who will help me. Calls to owner services in the future.
