I have posterd before about a wedding photograper who has required payment in full for wedding albums which have not been delivered. Our daughter was married 18 months ago and has not received the albums she has paid for. It turns out there are many, many other couples in the same situation. The photographer has relocated to Naples Florida and the only way to get any correspondence from him is to issue legal papers. Please explain how this works. Do we need a lawyer in Florida or just a Florida lawyer to deliver these papers? How much does this generally cost? Thanks for your help. We thought this was a lost cause but the threat of a law suit seems to have helped others.

I just Googled "process service Naples Florida" and got several hits. You might contact some of these for advice/cost. I'm sure they will serve papers for out-of-state attorneys but have no idea the fees or details.
