I today logged into my Interval International account and tried to start a search using my unit at Peppertree (now Festiva) Atlantic Beach Villas in Atlantic Beach, NC.

I could not use the week to search inventory and I got the message

Note: Unit not available due to resort conditions.

(where you normally select the week you want to search with. Now there is no button to select the week):

Does anyone have an Idea what that weans or what is going on at the resort?

Thanks!

Tropical Storm Hannah went through that area yesterday.

So II does this for all resorts in the area or only after getting notified that the resort was destroyed?

I just got off the phone with Peppertree Atlantic Beach and they told me they did not sustain any damage from Hanna. I would call II specifically ask what they are referring to. I'm wondering if they have been getting lots of complaints about a rundown resort, etc. I'm not saying it is, I've never been there, but why else would II not take exchanges into a resort?

II does that with all resorts that are in an area that just had possible storm damage until it is verified that the resorts are back in operation.
