We checked in yesterday. We have 2 rooms, a 2 bedroom lockoff room and a one bedroom suite. We requested rooms together away from the construction. We got rooms very far away from each other, but not near construction so we are not complaining.
The service here is impeccable. I mean a Ritz Carlton type of service. I am very impressed, and it takes a lot to impress me. Today, we ran into the bell boy Ricardo from yesterday and he remembered our names! Amazing.
Our rooms are very nice and the pools are all complete except for the VIP pool. It is not crowded and no chair hogs to be found.
It is hot as hell, but the pools and breezes make it bearable. I am not sure
how well we will fare tonight going into town.
We are here on exchanges and have not felt anything but welcomed. I read a review on tripadvisor recently that exchangers are treated differently, but that has not been our experience.
Anyway, great resort! I hope we are able to trade in again!
