ASTON or ResortQuest on Maui Question

In looking for TUG reviews, I noticed that there are no ratings by TUG for the following two Maui resorts and was wondering if anyone knows anything about them. Is there something wrong with them or are they a good exchange request?

Aston Kaanapali Shores - Holiday Network (#9077)
Aston at the Maui Banyan - Holiday Network
 
Has no one in TUG ever stayed at one of these two resorts?

Still looking for thoughts on what they are like before adding them to our request for exchsnge list
