Assessment Fees due date

This is my first year being in the Sheraton Flex Plan . Could anyone please tell me the due date for paying the Assessment Fees? I have heard the first of the year and then I have heard in the Fall. Thank you RAL

Westin Flex is due in mid-September. i assume Sheraton Flex is the same.
If you log onto your Vistana dashboard it should tell you. You can view your MF invoice and it will show you the deadline.

Sheraton Flex
Just received the 2022 maintenance fee billing for Sheraton Flex.

The fee for 2022 is $0.01843/point. This is a 6.5% increase over 2021.

Maintenance Fee billing is dated August 17, 2021 and is due September 16, 2021.

2021 - $0.01731/point

P.S. - Membership fee for 1st Additional Week/VOI now $60 (2021 was $50).

For people that own weeks, they are usually billed on January 1st every year for that year's maintenance fee/membership, with payment due 30 days later.

Owners of Flex options are generally billed sometime between Mid-August and mid-September for the following years maintenance fee /membership (meaning usage starts January 1st of the next year). Those fees are due 30 days after they are billed.

Just to mention that if you fail to pay these fees, Vistana will eventually cancel all your reservations including the current year ones because it's required that account is in good standing to use a reservation.

Our weeks (SVV) are billed in late November or early December and are due January 7th.

Actually, for my week ownerships at WKORV, WKORVN, and WDW, they are always billed around November 15 and are due by about January 5.

All of our weeks across all properties have been billed late Oct/early Nov and due first few days of Jan since the beginning (2005 for us)

As long as you paid them in full, you’ll be fine.
