Aspen Mountain Residences - Parking and Other Fees

Hyatt Residence Club Pinon Point, Grandview (acquiring 2026)
I am contemplating a week stay at Aspen Mountain Residences in November. This would be our first time staying at this location. It looks like there are a host of fees charged by the location after arrival. Has anyone stayed at the Aspen location this year and can verify what fees are charged for a 7 night stay in a studio unit?
