Does anyone know how many 3 bedroom units exist at Surf Club?

They are only located in one building and I believe there are 22 or 24 units.

I think there are only 20. I know there are 2 per floor in the Lighthouse building, and since they are all oceanview (technically partial OV since the lockout is island view), I think they are only on floor 4 and above, which would make 20.

They are huge units, btw- something like 1750 square feet.
