Beginning in June 2015 through November 2015 the resort will be undergoing an exterior renovation project on the Lighthouse Tower. The work will take place daily between 10:00 a.m - 6:00 p.m. and will include the following: pressure washing and cleaning the exterior building with biodegradable soap, removal and replacement of sealants and coating on the building’s exterior, window frame treatment, balcony deck re-coating, and waterproofing the building’s exterior. Depending on the location of your villa, you may experience an obstructed view or you may not have access to your balcony for safety and security purposes. The Compass Tower will be undergoing renovations from August 20, 2016 through November 17, 2016. This renovation work will be executed floor by floor within the building. In addition, the Lazy River and the Blue Lagoon will be closed for refurbishment from September 6, 2016 through October 16, 2016. Both the Serenity pool and the Seaworthy pool will remain open during this time. There will be some noise between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., daily.
