Aruba Surf Club in September

I'm planning a two week stay at Marriott's Surf Club for September but can't remember which weeks are the least crowded in that month. I recall being at the resort one year in early September and it was very crowded with families (mostly from South America). It was almost as crowded as it can be during Presidents week when the facility is crowded with families (mostly from the US).

Does anyone recall which weeks are the least crowded during September?
