Aruba Ocean Club: Car Rental & Florist?

We'll be making our first trip home to the Aruba Ocean Club in mid-February 2009. Can anyone recommend a car rental company that is convenient to the hotel? Is there still a National Car Rental Desk at the Surf Club? I'm really looking for a place within walking distance from the hotel where I can pick-up and drop off the car. Any recommendations would be appreciated.

Also, can anyone recommend a good florist in the area- a phone number would be great if you have it.

National has a desk at the Surf Club. Check Holiday Inn as well they have several companies all within walking distance. Great florists. Call the concierge desk at The Radisson and ask them who they use. I have gotten great flowers when we stayed there with delivery and reasonable priced.
