Does anyone have a working link to the Guest Form that doesn't require sign-in to an account?

And does anyone want to help me by testing the "Change Arriving Guest Information" link on an existing reservation in your own account? Mine is linking to this page >>https://ownerservices.marriottvacationclubDOTcom/forms/reservation-name-change-form.html<< (link purposely disabled by me) but the page remains blank without populating.

Thanks!
I had similar results just now for a Rez in Nov. Blank page. Perhaps they are revising the form. I'd try again in a little while and if it's still missing, make a phone call.

I just need a working link for another thread, not to actually add a guest to a res, but thanks for letting me know. :)

Another FYI:

This thread spurred me to have a quite long, involved discussion with various people in Owner Services over a period of weeks, eventually ending in a lengthy phone call at the exec level. I didn't start it with TUG in mind and I mentioned no one in particular from TUG - my concern was my pattern over the last several years of booking several highest-demand (Maui Ocean Club in season) reservations using Abound Points from enrolled/elected Weeks at the earliest reservation windows, and then listing those speculative rentals through a broker. I wanted only to know how my own personal account might be affected by any new rules/processes they're considering. I'm more than satisfied with the experience after they answered all of my questions, plus a few more, and they didn't appear to be evasive in anything they had to say.

I won't go into details about specific questions/answers and I won't share the names of the people I dealt with directly because when I asked if they had any objections, they requested confidentiality. I can say that their target demographic as far as restricting rentals appears, for now, to be with a select group of owners who churn hundreds of high-demand spec rentals (and the points needed to book them) through their owner accounts. I was also told that anyone who has questions about their processes, or specifically about this new form (which I'm guessing might be in a revision process right now?) is encouraged to start a conversation the same way I did, by sending a message to customer.advocacy@vacationclub.com. I hope that if you see the need, you come away as satisfied as I did. :)

Wow I can't imagine someone doing hundreds of bookings a year. The amount of Abound points would be staggering. I thought booking 60 MVC weeks is a lot of work. Of course 95% of bookings are for my personal usage.

Its people using arbitrage to make serious CASH..

Had people converting apartments to STR's saying I'm making great $$$.

I asked one isn't the Owner upset... Response, NO I pay him 20%.

The page remains blank for me too, using the same link which I saved when this policy was first announced, probably because in MVC’s original email they say
How do I update my reservation with the guest’s name?
View your upcoming reservations on your Owner website, click on the "Change Arriving Guest Information" link, and fill out the form. Please be aware if you don’t have any upcoming reservations, you will not see the link to the Guest of Owner form.”
UPDATE
interestingly just now, even when signed into my account, when I click on “Change Arriving Guest Information” with multiple future reservations the page still remains blank?!

I tried to put a reservation into my daughters name yesterday and trying to change the name form was not available for the last 3 days on the MVC website..time was of the essence because my daughter and husbands reservation is due to begin in 4 days…guess what?...I was told by the sales department at the Marriot Vacation Club i am staying at that it was NO PROBLEM…”just call the resort and add your daughters name”anyway..they ended up using their corporate computer to fill out the ridiculous form and send it on its way..I found it very strange that my IPad or their business center computer couldn’t do the name change…but the Sales departments corporate computer could.

Does anyone know how to check the name on the reservation of a week using the owners website? We filled out the form but I can't find a way to check to see if it has been changed (I should have my Bonvoy number in). Before they started to use the form, it was easy to check the name on the reservation. I'm sure I could call, but I didn't know if there was an easy way. I know we are supposed to get an email when it is updated but I submitted 2 days ago and it hasn't changed yet (I've heard it could take several days). The email could come anytime.

One comment mentioned several owners who are able to book entire blocks of resorts during the busiest periods, one or two times over. It wasn't mentioned as owners doing exactly that, but rather known owners having the ability via ownership combined with transfers to do exactly that.

Think of the points required to book (for example) every Maui Ocean Club Oceanfront 2BR during the first and second weeks of July, every year. It's astounding, and it's no wonder that Marriott has finally decided to go after activity that no doubt comes under even the vague "commercial activity" restriction in the docs.

Two days and calls to MVC because I am unable to get through to the add a Guest Name form and function. Finally and out of desperation, I added the guest name to the reservation on Bonvoy. The reservation on Bonvoy now shows the name of the guest. Anyone else having problems with this new name add requirement. I'm inclined to just let this go with what I've done. We deserve better systems and service.

I make no apologies for not being able to give the "MVC sharks" the contact information for "my" guest. My guests do not want any contact from sales and marketing.

Another thought - This was a points reservation which I made yesterday. When you make an online points reservation, you have the opportunity to add a guest to the reservation during the process. I was rushing and passed by this and confirmed the reservation. I noted this later and was unable to backtrack to add the guest. I inquired about this earlier today and the owner services person said I could have added this guest and avoided the special form. Next time I will slow down and add the guest during the points reservation process.

This is how it works on the Vistana side. You can add the guest name when making the reservation or you can go and change it after it does not matter.

I wish you would have told them not to make that form available outside of the mvci website (i.e., you have to be logged in as an owner to use it).

When the name is changed, they should also remove your Bonvoy number so it should also disappear from your account on Marriott.com.

I made a lot of suggestions but they don't make a habit of listening to me. ;)
