You can always spot a Marriott owner by the funny tan line on their wrist. :)

"Wristbands!? We ain't got no wristbands. We don't need no wristbands! I don't have to show you any stinkin' wristbands!!"

and... We ain't going to wear no stinkin' wristband...

:hysterical:

I spent some time near the pool at the Sheraton down the street from WKORV (while I was doing some SCUBA from the beach there). Now and then an "official" from the hotel walked around with a clipboard and asked people to show them their room keys and asked for room numbers. The pool area was quite crowded, though. I think that would be better than wristbands at WKORV, since it at least gives everyone the impression they are trying to reserve the pool for guests.

By the way, does anyone know if the "nice" restaurant and spa at WKORV-N will be open by end of August? I thought I read a note here that said the spa would open earlier, but...my reservation confirmation (from early January) says:

Construction Notice:

blah blah blah...will welcome its first guests on July 27, 2007. At opening, two outdoor pools will open, as well as a pool bar where you may enjoy refreshments and lunch. blah blah blah... Construction will be ongoing at the resort until December 2007, when a third outdoor pool and a full-service spa will open, along the remainder of hte villas...
