This is one of the Hotels that you can book for a free nights stay by having the Hilton Aspire card. In my case, I had saved up two years and stayed for two nights. And what a luxury. Not only is the hotel stay free, but you get a $50/day meal benefit that you can use at one of the restaurants for breakfast, Lunch, or dinner.

The grounds are amazing. There are three pools to choose from. And one of them has a 50 foot tall waterslide. There are several places to relax and sit and enjoy the ambiance. The Arizona Biltmore is similar to timeshares with the exception of most (if not all rooms) lacking in the kitchen facilities of a timeshare. The grounds and service were world class.

But wait.....it has a 450 yearly fee???
The room was $1000/night if you paid cash.... You get 14 points per $.... A statement credit of $250... Diamond Status... Makes sense if you have and HGV timeshare maintenance.

If you use all the features it is worth it.... Here is the video about the card -

How is this HGV related?

I use the card to pay all of my maintenance fees. I view owning a timeshare means you should leverage the associated hotels because the benefits cross over. I have done a video on "timeshare Lite" leveraging the hotel points I earn from paying maintenance fees to stay at great locations in hotels with full kitchens (Like Homewood suites). Having a timeshare hopefully benefits you on the hotel side... I always take points when going to a presentation so I can stay at a hotel with a kitchen. I have 5 million hilton honors points.

LOL … I have just over 31,000 points. I’m saving up for that 1 night at the Kalamazoo Hampton Inn.
I played basketball against Kalamazoo college... Maybe I stayed there??? I know you are joking... But interesting you picked a place I know.

My total MF including club dues are $4700. I do have the Aspire but even at 14x, it would take me fifteen years to earn 1,000,000 HH points. I appreciate the review but it seems better suited for a Flyertalk forum (HHonors or Amex) than TUG HGVC.

LOL! K-Zoo College! Almost played football for one of their rivals (Albion College). I’m a Michigander through and through and we always use K-Zoo because the name is so unique. Wound up playing for Nothern Michigan (Go Cats!) in the great UP of Michigan (hence the dayooper handle).

How many points per night was that stay? @Clifbell I have been holding onto a bunch of points but I don't know why I am saving them. The hotels seem sort of expensive, even the Hampton Inn option is usually 35,000 points.

IMHO...I like the hotel reviews because it expands our ownership if we need tp attach a few extra days to a timeshare trip.

I get the point of the post. I just find it condescending that this post is allowed by the admins but other similar posts that were not directly Hilton Grand Vacation related were rejected.

I’m staying in PR at Caribe Hilton on FNC and all points. However, I”m sure if I posted this I would not get the open arms treatment based on past experience.
