Are there any timeshares that allow dogs?

If you go to the Lounge section and look in the pink 'sticky' section there are a list of pet friendly timeshares. Might be slightly out of date but will give you a start.

In II, if you go to the Resort Directory, advanced search there is a Pets permitted filter you can check.

FYI - the pets filters in II and RCI are both horrible with out of date or inaccurate information.

In II have booked resorts based on this information and then emailed the resort to indicate I will be bringing a dog, only to be told it was not allowed.

In RCI, there is often conflicting information (resorts tagged as allowing pets, but then in the Resort Details information a note that no pets are allowed....and similarly, resorts tagged as not allowing pets but then in the Fees section, a note that pets are allowed for a small fee).

It would be great if we could update a list on TUG for this.

Four Seasons Aviara, San Diego, used to - -for owners. But they had a weight limit IIRC that might exclude really big dogs.

We bought into Four Season Aviara near San Diego because it is pet friendly.

Nice resort I have always wanted to stay at until now

Pets are only allowed for owners staying in their units. Not for exchangers or renters. Never been there so I can’t say what the dog occupancy is. But it’s probably not overwhelming.
