Are there any "Must Do" Activities in Domincan Republic

Wife and I leave for Punta Cana this coming Saturday. Does anyone have any recommendations for a "Must Do" or "Must See" activity in this area of the Domincan Republic?

Hello , if you're doing All inclusive there isn't much to do outside resorts, some water sports activities, buggy rides, coco bongo show. In the must do category I'll recommend the "Isla Saona" day tour, It's a beautiful island on bayahibe.

Thanks kukenan. I assume they use a boat to get you there. Do you have any idea what size/type of boat they use? My wife gets motion sickness if the boat is too small.

You have two options, fast small boat "lancha rápida" or slow medium size boat "Catamaran"
