Are there any companies that buy points?

There are lots of companies which specialize in selling certain brands of TSs. If the brand that they specialize in, is a point based TS, those companies will buy the point based TS from the current owners then sell the packages at a profit.

I'm a company owner. My employees come across lots of timeshare owners on a daily basis that are not using their points for the year. i would like to find a Vacation Club or Certificate company that will rent/buy the points from them.
