Are the SFX getaway weeks valid vacation weeks?

Has anyone ever purchased the "cheap" getaway weeks offered through the San Francisco SFX travel shop? I'm looking at a really cheap week in June, but I'm skeptical about purchchasing it, afraid its not valid or a scam.

It is a real deal. They are not expecting anyone to exchange for the week so they are offering it for a very low rental price rather than have it sit empty.

You asked this question somewhere else. The answer is yes, you will get your vacation. However, if you choose an all inclusive, you will pay a mandatory all inclusive fee per person per day. You should contact SFX to find out what it is in advance, because it is often $100/day or more.
