Are the Enclaves Ready?

Hello all!

Does anyone know if the Shadow Ridge Enclaves are ready for the January opening? How about construction traffic and noise: ongoing or complete? If I'm successful at renting my unit, I'd like to be honest with the renter about the construction. I'd also like a heads up for when I use my weeks!

I know they are suppose to be ready by Jan.2. We are arriving on Sunday at Desert Springs Villas, so I plan to go over to Shadow Ridge and check it out. I will try and be nosy so I can report back. I'm looking forward to checking that part of the property out when it's opened.

The pool they were proposing sounded really cool though. It was supposed to have a beach entry?!
