Are Ocean Pointe (MPB) 3 bedrooms similar to MM1 where all 3 bedrooms are oceanfront?

All three bedroom sized villas at Marriott's Ocean Pointe are Oceanfront.

Yes they are all oceanfront. Each of the 4 main buildings has one stack of 2-bedroom oceanfront villas and one stack of 3-bedroom oceanfront villas. So one of each on each floor (7 floors per building.) There are also 3-bedroom villas in Kingfish that are oceanfront as well.

How many roofs needs to replaced or repaired at this resort ?

No elevators .

The exterior of the buildings are something else.

Dioxide, your viewers of this resort needs to know you are not an owner at this resort and that you were only walking the resort grounds.
