Are MF supposed to be posted here?

For whatever reason my 2024 and 2025 MF never post online and I have to call each time. I saw that other owners of Paradise received their MF for 2025 online. When I call HGVC they confirm I have a balance and that I can pay via phone.

Are the current year fees supposed to be in this section? If so, does anyone know how I can get this process to work since everyone I've talked to at HGVC is zero help.

You can also try manually going to the page using the URL below. Replace "X" with your contract number.

"https://club.hiltongrandvacations.com/en/hoapayment/XX-XXXX#/documents"

This is useful to look at deeds you've sold/trade-in/deed back if you want to pull an old statement for your records.

There's something wrong with the contract(s) associated with your online HGVC account:

Under "SELECT THE CONTRACT BELOW YOU'D LIKE TO VIEW", it should show the contract(s)/resort(s) you own (I erased out the contract number/purchase date on the screenshot below).

You probably need something fixed with your online account.

As stated previously, get your contract number from HGVC and see if the link previously posted works for you after logging into the HGVC Website, by manually going to:

"https://club.hiltongrandvacations.com/en/hoapayment/XX-XXXX#/documents"

It might not work if you don't have rights to view the info about the contract(s) that you actually own.

Good Luck and let us know if you able to get HGVC / IT to resolve it for you. Hope it helps if you can point out to them the contract(s) aren't showing up under your account, hence no MF dues info.

Glad to hear that at least you have a way to view the MF dues info manually. Better than nothing and a start. Hopefully HGVC IT can get it fully resolve for you.
